Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final unless a return or exchange is specifically authorized by SluggFishing.
Do not return or ship any merchandise to SluggFishing without prior authorization.
If a return or exchange is authorized, the product must generally be unused, complete, and in its original packaging unless SluggFishing approves otherwise.
Special-order items, clearance or final-sale items, live bait, perishable products, customized products, cut or spooled fishing line, and opened or used merchandise may be non-returnable.

Manufacturer Warranty
Any product warranty is provided by the manufacturer only, when applicable.
SluggFishing does not provide or extend a separate product warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
If a product is defective or develops a warranty issue, the customer may be required to contact the manufacturer directly and follow the manufacturer’s warranty procedures.
Warranty approval, repair, replacement, reimbursement, or other remedies are determined by the manufacturer.
A defective product does not automatically qualify for a refund or exchange from SluggFishing.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, account, credit card, billing address, or shipping address when reasonably necessary.
